WARRANTY

We guarantee our eyewear for a period of one year from the date of delivery.

Our warranty guarantees that should any part of your frame be found defective in either material or manufacture, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost within one year of the delivery date with proof of purchase.Our warranty program does not cover scratched lenses.If you reside in the EU, our warranty is honored for two years from the date of delivery, but this does not preclude applicable law. It is important to note that this warranty does not cover purchases made through unauthorized retailers or third-party sellers.

Free Ground Delivery (Domestic Orders):We are pleased to offer complimentary ground delivery for all Domestic Orders.

Order Cancellation:
Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee cancellation. However, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.

Shipping Schedule:
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday from our Cailfornia warehouse, with the exception of holidays.
Orders eligible for overnight delivery must be placed before 11 a.m. PST to meet the demand. Orders placed after 11 a.m. PST will ship the next business day. The choice of carrier is made at the discretion of OPPOSITE OF USUAL

Unexpected Delays:
Unforeseen and uncontrollable delays, such as those caused by weather or holidays, will not result in a refund of the express shipping cost.

Order Availability and Volume:
Delivery is contingent on item availability and order volume. Pre-ordered items will be dispatched upon arrival. Please refer to the product page for the intended ship date.

Signature Requirement:
All packages require an adult signature upon delivery. Please ensure that the delivery location is secure.
